The 28 Year Nose-Picking Hiatus is Over!

I wanted to remind my reader that auto accidents can happen anytime and anywhere.  In fact, a recent new release (here) proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that auto accidents are THE Number One – I repeat, THE Number One – cause of people getting booted out of the Guinness Book of World Records.  That’s right, the now ex-record holder for the woman with the longest fingernails (more than 28 feet long), Lee  Redmond, shattered her nails in an auto accident in Salt Lake City.  There is no word on whether the nails shattered on impact or if the rescue crews were forced to amputate them with the “jaws of life.”  This is pretty traumatic, in my opinion, because once you’ve been adored and have gloried in the fame that comes from not having cut your fingernails since 1979, becoming a mere mortal must seem so “plain.”  At least now with short nails, Mrs. Redmond should be able to pick her nose, which is something that she most likely hasn’t been able to do for 28 years or so.

  3. Hmm it appears like your website ate my first comment (it was super
long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I submitted and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I too am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to the whole thing.
Do you have any recommendations for rookie blog writers?
    I’d really appreciate it.
